How To Access
How it works:
- Members are encouraged to inform their fleet manager or fleet salesperson that they are a Canadian Nursery Landscape Association member and entitled to Competitive Assistance or Fleet Assistance.
- The CNLA program is very competitive; unfortunately, it cannot be combined with any other incentive available.
- For a member to receive the discount at a dealership, CNLA must send the sales rep at the dealership a letter confirming the membership, along with a processing code.
- The member must pay a $100 administration fee* per vehicle to CNLA before the membership confirmation letter will be sent. ($200 for ISAO, FIHOQ and Flowers Canada Growers' members)
- Information required for letter: VIN (serial) number of the vehicle(s) you are purchasing, name and email of your sales rep at the dealership
- Vehicles must be registered under the name of the CNLA member company.

It is highly recommended that members confirm and apply for their discount before completing their vehicle purchase
Failing to do so can result in complications for the dealership, CNLA, and, most importantly, for you as the member, as it may lead to missed savings opportunities.
Why is this important?
Once a vehicle purchase has been finalized, dealerships are not obligated to revisit or amend the transaction terms. In most cases, they are not able or willing to "re-do" a deal after it has been processed.
To avoid these issues and ensure you receive the full benefits of the CNLA Fleet Program, please verify your eligibility and secure your discount before finalizing your purchase.
